Shoe refund not given

I took my Asics to Sportsmans warehouse opposite east rand mall. The manager said that they inspected the shoes and said they can't do anything. The front sponge part of the shoe broke off. I gave them my invoice and box and they said I can get 10% off the next order. They were 6 months old and this is unacceptable
