Shocking service from Sportsman's Warehouse

After 3 weeks since handing in my son's Zingo s****** to get fixed, I phoned in to be told that they had e-mailed me a quote two weeks ago and because I did not reply, the Zingo has not been fixed. What irks me is Sportsman's Warehouse customer care do not say we did try and call you . Or, when I do call in say : look can we check that we have the correct e-mail address, send you the quote and get the Zingo fixed. There is a continual argument on the phone with a person who does not make an effort. Been buying many things from Sportsman's Warehouse for many years but this will stop as of now. Never again, repulsed but the apathy which I received. Which is cool. I am sure retails stores are doing well in SA.
