Shocking Customer Service from Sportsman's Warehouse

On 10 December 2018, I ordered two activity trackers, one was a Christmas gift.

After numerous enquiries by email and messenger, I received a call to say that they were waiting for stock etc. The parcel will be delivered in the next few days. That was before Christmas.

I was informed that my parcel is out for delivery today.

I am still waiting for the parcel after making enquiries earlier this afternoon. I received an email with an update on the movement of the parcel which shows it left the courier this morning at 09:02.

I will never order from Sportsman's Warehouse online ever again. The customer service is an absolute nightmare.
