Shocking bad service levels

It is so frustrating when you order a product online from a reputable company and it becomes clear that they have no clue of how the "online" thing works. I have been waiting for my delivery over a week and the courier (Dpd Laser) just decided to deliver my parcel to some random dude on a Sunday. After numerous calls the the call center, nobody has thought of escalating. At this stage, I don't really even want the shoes anymore.
