Service excellence - so scarce but they are out

I was looking for a diving hood that I saw on Sportsmans Warehouse online catalogue. I literally went from Queenswood to the Atterbury branch...no luck then to the Zambezi branch...no luck. I contacted Sportsmans Warehouse on line and was fortunate to have Kaylynn Lang assist. Within a day she had traced a hood and arranged to have it sent to the Atterbury branch. The Atterbury branch Manager, Richard Braham mailed me to inform me that the item is being couriered and I received an sms from The Atterbury branch giving me a reference number. Wow Wow Wow.
