Ryobi and builders a combo from hell

Bought a ryobi grass trimmer which broke took it in and got a replacement which worked for short while. Then they gave me a new trimmer which never worked. When I took it back I got a repair bill for the brand new trimmer. The same happened with the ryobi leaf blower. Took in a lawn mower for repairs at craighall builders. Went back three weeks later to find my mower never left the store. They misplaced the paperwork.My advise avoid builders if you can, if you can't don't buy ryobi products. Those two are a bad combo
