Replacement of hiking boots

Good day<br> <br> Just want to say that I had purchased a pair of hiking boots and after a week it was starting to tare so I went back gave in the shoes, they contacted the suppliers and after that they phoned me and told me they will replace the shoes for me but do not have it in stock. So they asked me if they could order some for me but it might take a while to get it. And I have told them I needed the shoes before the week end so they tried to get it before I needed it.
