REFUND STILL NOT REFLECTING IN MY ACCOUNT

I purchased a netball ring and took it back on the 6th of January an was told the money would be reversed back into my account. On Tuesday the 12th of January I phoned the store and spoke to Precious who advised that she would query this with the bank and come back to me the subsequent day. I then decided to go into the store and find out what was happening on Wednesday the 13th of January and was told the money would be cleared 7 days from the refund request date which was yesterday (Thursday the 14th). It's a day later and nothing has happened, I phoned the store and asked to speak to the store manager (Thabelo) who didn't sound like he wanted to assist, he was instead happy o push the matter back to Precious and was told I'd have to wait for Precious to help me when she comes in at 12. I find this very unacceptable. Please advise when the money will be back in my account.
