refund promise total lie

I returned a pair of shoes and told that my refund will reflect on my account in few minutes if not couple of hours. And i asked the lady if she is sure and she said positive with a lovely smile and excellent service she offered me a receipt of refund. But Saturday the 1st of aug passed i went back in the morning to be told that it takes a couple of days to reflect by some one else with terrible attitude and i dont give a f@EURk face. She told me the manager will not be of help. Yet i did explain on my 1st visit that i stay in centurion. Driving back again here is a cost im not ready to take again. But on sunday i got an opposite story with terrible attitude. Why on earth dont you offer proper training to your staff is *******. I will never ever support your business for lack of team work. My time and fuel il never get back. What if i dont get the refund in 7days, i have to drive back the 3rd time?
