REFUND never received

I returned an item but never received the refund credited to my bank. after bringing this to the store's attention, they took over 2 months and to date have still not refunded my money even although I have forwarded all my bank statements and sent them a confirmation letter from my banker stating that I have not received the monies into my bank account.

I am waiting for my refund.
