Receipt of damaged and 2nd hand goods

I ordered 4x Polar Loop activity trackers online. 4 were delivered, 2 of which were 2nd hand, one of which was already not working. (Pre-cut strap and not functional.)<br> <br> Upon complaint, they promised to deliver the two replacements which were second. <br> <br> 2nd delivery I received, instead of the replacement bands, Chrome plated steel *****! What the are used for is a mystery to me. <br> <br> This is unbelievable, and I am truly flabbergasted at the service received.
