Re-strining nightmare

I am a tennis coach and have regularly made use of Sportsman's Warehouse in Rustenburg for tennis gear and re-strining of racquets. I've also referred many people to the store for their needs.

My recent experiences have been concerning though: 1. They restrung my racquets with the incorrect strings. (I make use of two types of strings for mains and crosses) The agent was very rude with me when I explained he'd used the wrong strings and very rough with my equipment and strings when he restrung the racquet. The strings only lasted one and a half matches before snapping again. (much shorter than normal). 2. They never contacted me when the racquets were done with restringing. 3. They restrung a client of mine's racquet at the incorrect tension and were caught out when the mom arrived at the store. She'd asked for 55lbs tension and the machine was set to 50lbs. When she confronted them they took out the strings and restrung the same strings at the higher tension. She demanded a refund and they were rude to her about it. They eventually gave the refund but she now refuses to make use of Sportsman's Warehouse Rustenburg and prefers to courier her kids' racquets to Baseline Racquets in Pretoria. It was extremely embarrassing to me as their kid's coach who had recommended them. 4. When we were in an emergency situation with a racquet that had snapped strings on the morning we were to leave to compete at a TSA, I requested them to please string the racquet because I had to leave with my players in an hour. I asked them to please help because of the urgency and the agent refused, smiling at me saying he has many racquets to do first and cannot promise anything. I asked if they all needed their racquets in the next hour and he just said it doesn't matter because they were in front of me. I said I would wait there (restringing takes around 20-30 min) and he smiled and refused. I said that this would be the last time I bring racquets or recommend people to Sportsman's Warehouse and he just shrugged his shoulders.

I believe the fact that they are the ONLY professional restringing company in Rustenburg has made them arrogant and that they can treat customers in any way they can.

I will refuse to restring my racquets there in the future and will refer everyone to a private stringer that I know. I will make use of the private stringer from now on.
