Quality for nothing

Hi I bought a pair of phonic volkano headphones from you guys in January and it broke and I had endless battles of getting a replacement device for.this. eventually after long fights and back and forth arguments it got replaced. The replacement broke today again??? Are you guys purposefully selling products that don't last long and needs to.be replaced on.the regular or.do you actually sell decent products that we can keep for.years on end? Im very disappointed in this as it is my first purchase with you guys and now I have this bad experience. Did I pay all that money just buy something thats aactually ******* and not quality or what exactly did I buy from you?
