R5000+ worth of goods were purchased 2years (more or less) ago from this branch.<br> <br> Amongst this was a pair of ladies Nike tekkies<br> the tekies was worn 3months(actively) and started tearing.<br> Upon request of refund, one kind manager confirmed it was a factory fault and a till slip had to be provided to prove it was purchased in that store.<br> As no till slip is available I presented an affidavit to confirm it was purchased there.<br> It was not accepted by another manager.<br> This manager was rather unsimpathetic to my dilemma and kept on interrupting me.<br> I feel violated by this behaviour and confused as to what I have to do to prove my honesty and receive training shoes worth my payment without undergoing a quality assesment after the bad quality was acknowledged.
