Purchased an item - unhappy with it.

I bought a brand new basketball with so much excitement in your department in Princess Crossing on the 10th of July. Subsequently the ball is now flat, I’m heart broken, it hasn’t been more than 2 weeks. I absolutely enjoy playing ball especially now under these regulations. It can’t be flat in less than 2 weeks! I want a brand new ball. Im in Centurion currently, can somebody please arrange for me to get a basketball around my current location. I threw away the receipt , had no idea I’d be disgruntled with my purchase.
