Poor service Sportsmans warehouse

On the 27 February I ordered the new Spiderman lions rugby shirt for my boyfriends birthday gift I was advised it would be delivered in 5 working days which meant the 6 of March I phoned to follow up on the 6th as I had received now feedback and nothing had been delivered. I was told the driver went out but there was no stock? The lady then told me they would do a full refund and she would send me an email, I responded to the email on the 6th with my banking details and only received a response on the 11th to say the refund will reflect in 7 working days. To this day I have still not received my money I have phoned muliptle times and follow up and get told diffent things the one lady told me that they refund payfast and then they refund me I followed up with paydays they said they never received a request to refund me so I follow up again with Sportsmans warehouse and was told no the previous lady was wrong they will refund me directly and I should receive the money last week but I still haven't I followed up on Tuesday and was told that they will only process the refund on Wednesday and it will reflect in 5 working days??? I followed up again this morning and was told she needs to find iut by the finance department if they processed the refund or not and if not they will today I asked for email confirmation of this and still haven't received that. I have been f*cked around with this refund since the 6th of March and its the 25th today. I don't understand what is so hard about refunding a client I work with refunds daily to clients and within 7 days they always received the proof of payment.
