Poor service from Sportsmans Warehouse

I contacted Sportsmans Warehouse on their online support number to get information on a recumbent bike. I wanted to know if they deliver on weekends & if the bike will be assembled since I have trouble with my hand. Senobia told me she would come back to me.<br> <br> When she contacted me I was informed that deliveries only took place during the week and that the bike will be assembled at our premises. Because no one was at home during the day I asked if they will contact me when they deliver the product so that I will be at home. I was told they will contact me.<br> <br> I was contacted today by the delivery people and told they let a Mr Chris sign for the product. I wasn't very happy that they gave it to my neighbor. They might as well have given it to a stranger. Tonight I came home to find an open box in my neighbors garage. I took photos of the opened box before carrying all the pieces one by one to our house. We finally had everything in the house only to discover no manuals for assembly or operation of the bike.<br> <br> I was told they will contact me when the delivery was made so I can take reception of the product and that it will be assembled. All false information and broken promises.
