POOR SERVICE

Sportmans warehouse Kimberley North Cape Mall extremely bad service.I brougt my racket to be restrung on the 8th of September after 10am.The told me my racket will be ready for collection the next day the 9th September.On the 9th of September I went to collect my racket at 5pm.Where I found my racket still in the same condition not touched yet.Extremely poor service!
