Poor Service

<p>On 2017-03-12 I bought a pair of Nike Rugby togs for my son. Now after a month and a half the togs are tearing and coming loose. I took it back to the store and two days later I received a call from the store manager informing me that it is due to my son's negligence that the shoes are damaged and that it is because the togs got wet. These are rugby togs and they are supposed to be able to withstand dampness. When my son is done with a game, he wipes his shoes and sets them out to dry. I sent a complaint to head office two weeks ago and have not heard anything. Their treatment of customers is appalling. </p>
