Poor performance

I am so disgusted in your store. i am a regular customer that always shops there because i always find what i need but recently it seems your standards have dropped. I have been two days in a row to your store and on both occasions i cannot find a sales Assistant to assist me either they walk away when they see I'm approaching or they standing having there own loud conversations. I felt very irritated that i just decided its best to leave as there was no help whatsoever and while on my way out i see a bunch of your staff sitting in what appears to be a little office having a gathering talking and laughing like they dont have customers to assist to an mind you these are the same staff i saw in that doorway the day before. I think this is disrespectful towards us as your customers and i refuse to step in your shop again because the way in which they disregard us as customers i will not tolerate. They have no customer service whatsoever.
