Poor Online Platform and Still Waiting for Refund

Falsely advertised Bluetooth headphones online which I purchased. Received a call 2 weeks later saying they had none in stock and would complete a full refund. 3 weeks later and multiple follow ups I have still not been refunded. Total time since "purchase" is 5 weeks. This is completely unacceptable especially from an established company like Sportsmans Warehouse. I definitely will not be using their online platform again.
