Poor customer services

I had such bad experience with customer services regarding my complaint.

They actually made me feel more as if I owe them or done something wrong.

The manner of how they spoke to me on the mails was very disappointing.

Worse when I thought my query will be handled beter at store level. The biggest mistake of my life instead of getting the query resolved I rather had been humiliated in the manner of how it were dealt at store level.

I actually swallowed my pride not to show infront of customers and employees how I felt embarrassed.
