Poor customer service from manager

My daughter and I went in on the 19 of November to purchase a hockey stick ,the sale assistant that helped us mistakenly gave us the wrong hockey stick instead of outdoor he gave us indoor ,I then had to drive all the way from Richardsbay to ballito to refund this ,the manager on duty on the 26 of November was Thandeka ,she looked online for the right stick that I wanted and could not find it ,I then asked her to take me details and give me a call letting me no , today is the 28 and I had to phone the store for feed back,only to find out Thandeka is off for 2 days ,so when was I going to receive a call? And is it the customer responsibility to call for feedback ? POOR SERVICE, I have made 3 trips who is going to pay for the petrol when the manager could not do her job .I'm very distuged by the way Thandeka does her job .

I would be waiting for and response on this mail and also who going to pay the fuel cost .
