Poor Customer Service

I ordered a parcel online, Sportsmans uses Dpd laser to deliver.

Extremely poor service, how can Sportmans use a company with over 800 bad experience for service reviews and with 5 good ones?

That ratio seems off!! Come on Sportmans, is this how you handle your customers??? Just hand them off to companies that don't deliver?
