Poor customer experience with Sportsmans Warehouse

Order (LSWC***2) status shows delivered even though no item was delivered. My account status for the order also shows delivered so there is no way to track it. Communication has been inconsistent. All in all it has been a terrible experience.

This is the first and last time I purchase anything from Sportsmans Warehouse.
