POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND LACK OF HELP

Sportsman's Warehouse in East London really need to up their game. I go there to the shop and NO ONE IS EVER around to assist, approaching someone they quick to always say it is not their department! The cheek when someone follows you around like a blue ass fly and talks to you on your way to the counter to get their commission yet they have helped with zero! I looked for Brooks Women's Shoes, the ones I want, okay so they don't have my size, so I ask politely to please order me the shoes.... DO NOT TELL ME IT TAKES 2 to THREE weeks, but only in the 2nd week contact me to say the shoe is no longer available. No one gives a flying hoot to actually source me the shoe I need when I asked them to please source it - I CANNOT HELP I NEED A UK9... So I go and google the shoe I am looking for.. Funny Sportsman's across the country has at least 9 pairs of the shoe I am looking for, but, no one wants to help get me the shoe and just wants to cancel the order.. I ordered my shoes online on my own on Monday and GUESS WHAT??? The shoes where delivered yesterday to my door! I go and do the job myself from Sportsmans and get my shoe that workers are to lazy to source and help a customer.
