Poor communication and service delivery

Very poor communication and bad service! This is my last time buying something online from them. I bought a product online and it was listed as in stock by I had to wait for the whole week and that when I email them asking for the status of my order. But then they told me that they don't have this product available and they promised to give me the feedback. But even now its been almost a week wait for my refund :(
