Poor attitude, changing prices, RUDE

Found a clothing item that was priced at a certain value as per price tag. At the counter I was told it is more expensive. This was due to it only been on special from January. It was not part of the special sale, did not have any tags on it or located in the area where the sale was occurring. The assistant manager was rude and refused to help. The excuse why the item was not where it should have been according to the staff is the \store is in a mess"hence its our fault and we must pay more. <br> <br> I do not understand how when the staff at the facility are rude and have not put the shop in a state that they admit is acceptable"
