Poor and Good service

Recently I visited the branch in Rondebosch. The staff were too bust talking with one another to assist me. I only received assistance when I interrupted their discussion, that was clearly not work related. I was advised no stock, sorry will get back to you.

I tried to phone other branches to save time. The telephone at the Tokai branch rang and rang and rang.....eventually answered after 5 minutes.

Compliments to the lady who undertook to come back to me, and actually did. No stock, of the item I was after, available in the country.

Previous visits to the various branches are more often than not, a poor shopping experience. The staff are seldom welcoming or knowledgeable, not their fault but a clear sign of weak or poor management.
