POOR after sales service!

In December I purchased a Huawei GT Sport watch at the Rondebosch store. I enquired about getting a spare strap. I was told there is no stock but it will be ordered. Now I need both a strap as well as a charging dock. I called the Rondebosch store this morning and was told Huawei does not have any accessories. Now I'm sitting with a watch that cannot be charged – R4 000 down the drain!
