Pathetic service

On Saturday 1 June, I went to Canalwalk Sportsmans Warehouse. I spoke to Timothy about a Polar A360/A370 wrist strap. I wanted a white or red 'Small' wrist strap, but they had none in stock - he looked on system and none of the Sportsmans warehouse branches had any - right around the WC -there was none in stock. He then said he would ask his manager to do a special order for me. I then called on Monday 3 June and Timothy was not in and thus spoke to Masima/Wasima - not sure which - sure had checked the system and nothing had been ordered - she spoke to her manager and confirmed that she would put the order through - it is now two week and I have phone Wasima/Masima 3 times, because she never got back to me regarding the wrist strap - I still have not received any confirmation if strap was ordered - she has never bothered to call me back or email me? What is so difficult of ordering a wrist strap for a Polar A360/A370 - it's not like its coming from overseas ? Can somebody in management please call me and advise when I can expect the white/ruby red Small wrist strap ???!!!
