Pathetic customer service.

I had the unfortunate task of having to return a bathing costume to the Tokai branch. Labels and hygiene strip still attached. I waited at INFORMATION for about 5 minutes. I assume I was invisible because although there were at least 5 people at the tills nobody approached me. I asked if I was in the right place for returns. I was told I was and I would be dealt with shortly. Eventually I was 'assisted' with no greeting whatsoever. She disappeared 3 times and when I asked the other assistant what was going on she muttered something about there being two codes. Eventually she appears holding a large book. Turns over numerous pages to get to a blank page and then disappears again. By now, when she returns, the wind has blown the book pages back and she starts paging through again to get to a blank page. Finally she closes the book hands me my money and before I had even put the money in my purse walked off. No sorry for the delay or goodbye. I have never experienced such poor service and I definitely won't be going there again. Clearly a serious lack of training.
