paid 3 times...a lot of promises and no refunds as yet, nearly 2 weeks...

On 30th Sept 2019, i was at the West Rand Crossing branch to obtain some MTB equipment. I was helped quickly and at the till ,my problems begin. To make a long story short...i paid 3 times for the same items and was promised that the 2 payments will be reversed. This morning ie friday 4 oct 2019- and still no refund. How long do i have to wait, seeing that the admin manager on site said it is the only way to resolve this issue??? Surely nearly 100hours is too long, they did confirm that the 3 payments was received while i was in the store still. I acted upon the request of the manager, but i feel that all the facts were not provided, which could have changed my mind to just leave the purchase and get my 2 payments back while im in the shop. This is not a good way to get me to support that branch again in the future. Been promised that both refunds will reflect in my account today and still nothing.....is there anybody else with the same issues ???
