Online order. Wrong model, wrong colour, wrong size. WOW

On the 15 July 2018 I have placed an order for RDX P1 Boxing Glove 16oz. it arrived today, and to my surprise it is a disgrace because what I've received was a RDX F7 Boxing Glove 12OZ

I don't know who did the packaging and are they suitable for the job.. 1st of all the one I ordered was a black and white glove but I received a gold and white glove. I've ordered a 16OZ but Ive received a 12OZ???? And how can you not see the difference between a P1 and a F7 Its unbelievably unprofessional..
