Online Order takes forever

We bought a fitness watch for my daughter for her birthday online. The item was in stock a d delivery indicated 1 to 3 days. After we ordered and paid we received an email confirmation of the order. The email stated due to high volumes it might take 4 days longer. Now we are told that they are having issues with stock and that the order will take 4 to 6 weeks. The website still indicates a delivery of 1 to 3 days. If I knew this upfront I would have bought it in store. We had to phone the call centre and email customer care numerous times before we got this communication. This is a bad customer experience and I will never order online again from Sportmans Warehouse. They can learn a few things from takealot when it comes to online orders!!!!
