Online order

I made an online purchase. The courier confirmed delivery for Wednesday. After me sending the address to him again, he did not show up. On Thursday I get a message that the item has been delivered. Turns out it was not at the correct address... Since early this morning I have been asking for clarity, but no joy as I am just being told it will be investigated. Really disappointed as it was the first time I used the online service.
