One super satisfied customer

I would like to commend Brighton at Sportsman's Warehouse West Rand Crossing on excellent service! I took my racket to get restrung and was not happy with the results, Brighton was knowledgeable and advised me very nicely in terms of my issue, and ultimately replaced the racket as it appeared to have a factory fault.<br> He then escorted me to the tennis section and advised me on the rackets and helped me pick a good, if not better, racket.<br> I am over the moon with the customer service at this branch and could not contain myself and wanted to post a compliment here as it seems there aren't enough for this kind of exceptional service.<br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Pierre Bekker
