Non existent customer service

I bought an Adidas padel racket from Sportsmans Warehouse in January. I used it 4 times and it has developed a crack. I took the racket back to Sportsmans Warehouse and I was initially told by one of the staff members that the racket would need to be sent away Adidas for an assessment. This would take three weeks. I was rhen referred to another staff member that told me the first staff member was in receiving and didn't n ow that he was talking about, it would be sent away and could take up to 6 weeks. After 1 week I get a call from Sportsmans Warehouse to be told that Adidas would not do a racket replacement as they could not definitively determine the cause of the crack. So I questioned why a customer must lose out on R2000 because they couldn't determine the cause. The staff member asked me if I wanted tk speak to the manager and i said yes. After being on hold for 5mins the staff member came.back on the phone to tell me she had spoken to the manager and he said they would send the racket to the suppler. Firstly, the manager didn't have the decency to talk to me after the staff member suggested I speak to him and Secondly i asked how did the decision get made if Adidas didn't actually have the racket. The staff member told me that they had sent pictures of the racket and the decision was made on the pictures. I was very upset at hearing that the racket hadn't even been sent to Adidas, I was tild that this bus the process and she would explain the process to me. I stopped her and said she had the opportunity to explain the process to me the day j brought the racket in. That same staff member wad the one that j gave the racket to and she told me it was going to be sent away. I sent an email to customer care on Monday evening and to date i have not been contacted. I ahec however been sent a few sms's saying that my repai is complete and Sportsmans Warehouse hopes i am happy with the repair. This is absolutely disgusting customer service and I will never buy another product from Sportsmans Warehouse and u will actively be a detractor of Sportsmans Warehouse.
