Non existent customer service

I would have never ordered from them if I knew they use DAWN WING. 3 weeks now and everyday my order is in transit or being "scanned into a cage" the update says on their site. Sportsmans Warehouse wont let me cancel my order for some reason. Placed the same order on Takealot and it arrived in 2 days.

They give the same generic response to emails and never answer the phone.

Never setting foot in their store or going online.
