No Stock in 5 flagship stores

I am looking to exchange a rose gold Fitbit Charge 3, that I received as a present, for a black Fitbit charge 3. I went to all of your flagship stores in JHB North, Cresta, Fourways, Rosebank, Sandton and Woodmead... None of your stores had a black colored Fitbit Charge 3 stock!?

I find it hugely inconvenient that none of your major stores in JHB have stock. All I want to do is an exchange.

You appear to have stock in your online store, however, I don't want to purchase another one just to get the one I am looking for.
