No stock after checking

I am totally disappointed in your Boksburg and Stoneridge stores. I called in to enquire on the following: 1) Titan Racing Junior bicycle handle grips 2) plastic pedals for a 16” mountain bike. Both stores supposedly had stock, when I got a chance to go through to either store neither had stock on either product. At the Boksburg branch I had to go to the tills to get them to announce that the salesmen report to his post and 10min later he appeared. This should have been a sign to leave. I asked him to check if Stoneridge has stock which the website should yes, I went to them and still no stock. 3 hours wasted driving between 2 stores and the unnecessary petrol consumption to and from both stores with no success. With Sportsman’s being a firm favorite for my kids sport this lack of customer satisfaction has made me want to review my opinion and consider using another supplier. Please rectify this issue as I am very disappointed and quite annoyed at the total lack of professionalism. Regards Niki
