No response for over three weeks!!!

I spoke to Mashilo at Sportsmans Warehouse in Woodmead (over the phone) and explained to her that I needed a quote for a treadmill that I had purchased from their store. The quote was required for insurance claim purposes. Mashilo told me to send her an email, marking the email for her attention. I sent the email on 09 March 2016 detailing my request and detailing the type of treadmill I required the quote for. To date (over three weeks later), I have not received ANY response from Mashilo or anyone else at Sportsmans Warehouse. Complete lack of care from Sportsmans Warehouse.
