no refund help
<p>I Purchased a pair of Cumulus 17 shoes at Sportmans warehouse bloemfontein. The shoe had a defect from day one however I tried to fix this by changing the inners of the shoes. I also gave the pair of shoes some time in order to "run them in". The shoes have less than 150km on them and the supplier - Asics - refuses to even have a look at the shoes because 6 months have already passed. Even though the defect is inside the sole of the shoe - from day one. My advice will be to avoid this brand at all costs. Rather chose a different brand where the supplier is actually willing to have a look at their defective brand</p>

I was contacted by the manager from Sportsmans Warehouse in Bloemfontein shortly after the official business reply. Although the supplier (Asics) of the shoes still cant refund or repalce the shoes due to their policies the people at Sportsmans Warehouse tried to help me to solve the problem (what I believe to be a factory defect on the Asics shoe). They assisted by changing the inners of the shoes which will hopefully solve or at least alleviate the problem to some extent which I am currently experiencing. Even though my problem was with the supplier of the running shoe (Asics) the staff at Sportmans Warehouse Bloemfontein was very helpful and courteous towards me. I would like to especially thank the manager (Desmina) and her assistant (Vinecho) for their professional help yesterday.
