NO MONEY RETURNED ONLINE SHOPPING

I bought two Thermal under vests online.

No delivery after 2 weeks, only when I queried my order I was told they do not have stock???

I requested my money back which was then promised to me. It is now 3 weeks and I have not yet heard from the consultant I was dealing with.

No returned money.

Just wondering if Sportmans Warehouse is raking in interest on money not returned to customers through false stock online.
