No customer service follow through

Ticket 429645 refers. Nonexistent customer service, with no repsonse from customer care after many days and verious emails.

I cancelled online order immediately after it was placed because of the long turnaround. I arranged to go instore for the purpose, and the operator promised me the online order would be cancelled and that my payment would be reversed.

However, the online order has just been delivered to me. Please advise how Sportsmans will rectify this duplication.
