Never Order Online rather go to the store

Ordered some equipment almost 2 weeks ago now, paid a hefty price as well but guess what , absolutely no communication from them, no sms, no nothing, I've been waiting and their help line is not the best, phone just rings endlessly , I'm very disappointed.
