Never buying from here again - lost a loyal customer

<p>Bought a pair of Asics (Cumulus 18) I think, from the woodmead store. After 4 months (not even 250kms of use) the grip on the bottom starts coming loose. I understand this is not Sportsmans fault, however after sending the show back for inspection (February the 26th) there still has been no word on the process of inspection 2 weeks later. I have a running race coming up next week and have not been able to train, it should not take this long to get back to a customer on a faulty product. They don't care on follow ups or keeping customers happy. </p> <p>Will keep on waiting I guess, you have lost yourself a loyal customer</p>
