My money is good enough too!

After going to this branch for many years, I have discontinued my support due to the staff's lack of professionalism and poor customer service. The sales assistants and teller staff have no soft skills, are unfriendly and exude an air of superiority as though they are doing you the favour of serving you. Yet, their commission depends on the very transaction that requires clientele.

Yesterday, I left frustrated, without the products I needed to buy. The last few times I visited this branch, I was left to figure things out for myself while staff assistants stood in groups chatting with each other and were highly selective of the customers they chose to assist. Feeling defeated, I stormed out of the shop after struggling for 10 minutes to find the needed product. Different assistants walked past during that time, looked at me and decided to carry on and assist other customers in the shop instead. This has happened too many times for me to ignore. I hate playing the race card, but yesterday was a blatant example of how things have not changed in a country that claims to be proud of its progress in the fight for equality.
