Misleading and poor service

I had ordered online on the 15 January 2018. delivery time frame indicates 3 to 5 working days. When I called to enquire I was informed that payment has not reflected although I had mailed the proof of payment. I was also informed that I would not recieve my items within the 3 to 5 day period.

Disgusting services. the main reason I had ordered online was that I would receive the items within the stipulated time frame. Never again
