Mediocre third-party couriers used to maximize profit from delivery fee

I ordered online and have been waiting 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive. They charged me R750 for “handling and shipment”. Still no sign of the parcel. Sportsman’s did indicate on their website that deliveries may be delayed due to high demand, however what they don’t tell you Is that they use a mediocre courier company (Dawn Wing 2/5 star rating on Google) to deliver your parcel in order for them to maximize profits from the very steep delivery fee. The courier, Dawn Wing, contacted me 7 days after Sportmans Warehouse supposedly handed the parcel over to the courier. Since then no contact with the courier company. Sportmans just keeps on referring you to the Dawn Wing website.
